This work was illustrated using pen and ink, I followed a high contrast style, using highlights and shadows to create the positive and negative spaces of the forms.
The story concept, shows the unfortunate fate of an explorer who tried to steal a precious ancient artifact. Upon touching the sword, it then activates and transforms into a genie that then traps his soul inside forever.
